My name is Jill and I am the founder of True Fit Balance. I strive to bring body, mind, and life into harmony and help you become the best version of yourself.
I am a certified personal trainer who holds specialty certifications in senior fitness, cancer exercise and chronic disease/injury. I am also a certified brain health, nutrition and life coach.
Change is hard. We are all unique individuals. YOU need to find solutions that work best for YOU.
How do I know this? I did it myself. I learned what worked for me and now I create customized programs to help my clients achieve a healthy, strong and balanced body.

- 20 Sessions - $600
- 10 Sessions - $350
- 5 sessions -$190
- 1 session - $40
Stretching packages
- 20 Sessions - $550

- 5 Sessions - $160
- 1 Session - $35
All Sessions are 30 Minutes
For a 60 minute, 2 sessions will be removed off the package.
Payment: To be paid upfront with Cash, Check or Zelle
Balance and Mobility Class
8 week class that works on balance and Mobility through body weight exercises
saturdays (9/21-11/2) at 930am for 60 Minutes
$10 per class or $75 for all 8 classes

I wanted to wait until after my right total knee replacement to write this. I started to work with Jill the beginning of April to get ready for my total right knee replacement surgery on May 31st. I chose this over physical therapy, as recommended by my doctor. Well, this was, and still is, one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I had fifteen sessions with Jill prior to my May 31 st surgery. These were solid 30-minute sessions and boy did they pay off. Both my doctor, and especially my physical therapist are surprised at how far I’ve already come, and it’s been only 10 days since my surgery. She has been training me for over 4 months now and it has been fabulous. She keeps it interesting by changing-up the workouts.
